The benefits to the customers/clients is the key focus in this session. In commercial real estate, the client often depends on the counsel of other professionals, a  broker, developer, tenant rep, etc.

This course will teach you how to:

• Have a better understanding of the application of GIS in the commercial real estate industry;
  
• More efficiently and effectively use GIS analysis in your business;
  
• Feel empowered to make better commercial real estate decisions by acting upon the data that can be derived from the GIS tools
