  • Guests invited by a Sponsor or Designee. Email address is required.
  • Sponsor registration only; Sponsor limits - Platinum 8; Gold 5; Silver 4; Bronze 2; Copper 1. Any registrations that go over the Sponsor level limit will be invoiced $50.

Cancellations must be received by email or fax by Friday, May 29, 2015.  No refunds after Friday, May 29, 2015.  Invited Guests only. Unpaid No-shows will be billed.
